DURC Dancer Experiences

DURC provides a strong technical foundation to dancers across all genres of dance. That strong foundation has benefited our former students in numerous ways. DURC dancers capitalize on that training and technique to excel in fields in and out of the dance world.

Membership in DURC builds skills, confidence, and character through training, performance, mentorship, and community involvement. DURC teachers and choreographers are nationally recognized, providing high standards and quality training that prepare dancers for success inside and outside the dance studio. DURC dancers acquire life skills that are important  for their future success, regardless of their chosen career path. Current and former DURC members are engaged in a broad variety of training, educational, and employment opportunities ranging from professional dance companies to teaching at their local studio.
