Donna Grim
Donna Grim owns the Dance Unlimited studio at the Performing Arts Factory in Frederick, Maryland. Donna is also the founder and Executive Director of Other Voices, Inc. and directs its pre-professional dance program, the Dance Unlimited Repertory Company. Donna trained at Point Park College and Pittsburgh Playhouse in Pennsylvania and holds a BA from Hood College in Frederick. She has taught dance locally at Frederick Classical Ballet, Frederick Community College, and Hood College. She has served on the Frederick Arts Council Board of Directors and received the Frederick Business Woman of the Year Award.
Donna has directed and choreographed numerous productions throughout the region. A few of her favorites are: Music Man, Guys & Dolls, La Cage aux Folles, Jesus Christ Superstar, 42nd Street, Gypsy, Damn Yankees, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Chicago, Matilda, Seussical, Alice in Wonderland,The Addams Family, and The Wizard of Oz.

Gayle Williams
Gayle Williams’s ballet training started when she was very young and was member of a local ballet company in upstate New York. Her training continued as a member of a local ballet company in Frederick, Maryland. Her passion has always been ballet, but she was also trained in other genres of dance such as lyrical, modern, and jazz. She has been teaching and choreographing going on 38 years for Dance Unlimited and Dance Unlimited Repertory Company.
Over the years she has also been in or staged theater productions for Way Off Broadway (Frederick), Other Voices, Theater on the Hill in Maryland, and the Old Opera House Theatre Company in West Virginia. She spent many years as president of Other Voices Inc. during which time was also an assistant choreographer for their productions of Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz.
